Archie is Stanley’s wayward brother, a men’s full English brogue with Gibson construction rather than an Oxford. Made from tan calf leather, every detail is turned up a notch. Oversized eyelets and a substantial triple leather sole give these men’s brogues their exaggerated, unmistakable profile.
Archie is Goodyear welted for durability, comfort and a long service life. The cork layer gradually moulds to your foot, while the welted construction allows easy resoling. Grenson was among the first UK shoemakers to adopt this method in the 1800s. Archie can be repaired and resoled at our Northamptonshire factory.
